Position Internal Auditor /内审员
Job description:

1. Conduct internal process audit once per year for offices in MOL China, summarize audit result with findings and proposed continual improvement actions.

2. Ensure the compliance of Standard Operating Procedures are maintained at all times through the on-site auditing and documents sampling checks.

3. Collaborate with stakeholders to create, review and revise their Standard Operating Procedure with compliance to corporate policy, local and external regulations for process changes.

4. Provide consultancy support to stakeholders on an ad hoc basis to assist in problem solving and planning.

5. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, initiate and implement process improvement project for process time and cost reduction.

6. Customer complaint follows up.

7. Routine data monitoring on Outstanding, C/A, Detention/Demurrage, and Long stay container, etc.

Job requirements:

1. Degree holder preferably in shipping or Business related discipline.

2. More than 4 years’ work experience in liner operation and project management.

3. Solid Knowledge in project management, work knowledge in quality assurance techniques and auditing.

4. Analytical thinking and problem solving skills.

5. Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with people at all levels.

6.   Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese. Mandarin speaking is a plus.

CSD Operator/客服单证
Job Descriptions:

A.BOOKING

1. Input booking in speed and in accuracy.

2. Collect relevant written G/L etc relative documents if DG/OOG/OW etc booking.

3. Specify correct routine / rate contract / DG, OOG, OW etc shipment details when system input.

4. Register / update feeder vessel weekly.

5. Deal with internal/external customer inquiry on booking information.

B.MANIFESTING

1. Coordinate with MOLIP on AMS issue for TP trade before vessel ETD.

2. Finish booking lock in time after vessel ATD.

3. Arrange vessel/shipment data transferred to overseas offices and local Customs in time after vessel ATD.

C.BILL

1.  Issue/distribute B/L accurately and timely.

2.  Arrange B/L telex release and B/L switch.

3.  Issue C/A and documentation amendment if necessary; and inform relevant parties.

4.  Deal with inquiry on bill issue with MOLIP, Sales.

D.DOC RECORD

Keep docu recording and filing properly.

E.Answer customer inquiry fm external and/or Internal on booking infor; and inform overseas offices and local customers cargo movement information.

F.Collect customer volume forecast in order to work out volume forecast to trade management to ensure space availability.

G.Release the booking according to allocation of each string and space protection list set by trade management

H.To ensures the customer pick up the equipment on time. Follow roll overreport to destination sales office.

I.Make the reports such as a/c performance report, string wise utilization report & other required report by team for sale team.

J.Reply/Distribution section email to internal and external customer for service inquiry and information update.

K.Pick up incoming phone calls /follows up the requests by customers/develops the cargo opportunity to support sales effort.

L.VIP a/c specific services follow up.

M.Close monitors special cargo release/on board for avoid cargo shut down.

N. Assist sales to send detention waive application

1.  College graduate or above.
