Sales Coordinator/销售助理
Job description:

1. Collect customer volume forecast in order to work out volume forecast to trade management to ensure space availability.

2. Make the reports such as a/c performance report, string wise utilization report & other required report by team for sale team.

3. Release the booking according to allocation of each string and space protection list set by trade management to ensure the customer pick up the equipment on time. Follow roll overreport to destination sales office.

4. Reply/Distribution section email to internal and external customer for service inquiry and information update.

5. Pick up incoming phone call /follow up the requests by customers/develop the cargo opportunity to support sales effort.

Job description:

1. Conduct internal process audit once per year for offices in MOL China, summarize audit result with findings and proposed continual improvement actions.

2. Ensure the compliance of Standard Operating Procedures are maintained at all times through the on-site auditing and documents sampling checks.

3. Collaborate with stakeholders to create, review and revise their Standard Operating Procedure with compliance to corporate policy, local and external regulations for process changes.

4. Provide consultancy support to stakeholders on an ad hoc basis to assist in problem solving and planning.

5. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, initiate and implement process improvement project for process time and cost reduction.

6. Customer complaint follows up.

7. Routine data monitoring on Outstanding, C/A, Detention/Demurrage, and Long stay container, etc.

Job requirements:

1. Degree holder preferably in shipping or Business related discipline.

2. More than 4 years’ work experience in liner operation and project management.

3. Solid Knowledge in project management, work knowledge in quality assurance techniques and auditing.

4. Analytical thinking and problem solving skills.

5. Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with people at all levels.

6.  Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese. Mandarin speaking is a plus.

Business Process Officer /业务流程专员
Job Descriptions:

1. Conduct diagnosis and troubleshooting on technical issues reported, providing solution to system users on business-related system (Starnet & e-Commerce)

2. Maintain current local software and operation manual, coordinate with relevant vendors to update/modify/develop per user's new requirement; perform container volume verification & invoice verification for local booking system on monthly basis

3.Coordinate with core system IT, correctly translate business development requirement on Starnet and assist user to prepare Development/Modification request (if any).

4.Coordinate new project successful implementation, collect feedback and prepare post report if any

5.Process optimization support

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Shipping / Logistics Management or equivalent disciplines is preferable.

2. 3 years’ experience and knowledge in Liner Shipping business process and documentation is a must. Experience in technical/software support is a plus

3. Strong analytical skills, experience in coordinating system development projects or writing and collating business requirement is highly regarded.

4. Excellent communication skills and good command of both oral and written English (CET-6)

5. Excellent computer skills, proficiency in operating various office software and better to have computer hardware and software knowledge.

Familiarity with EDI & SQL related knowledge is also desirable

6. Have a high sense of responsibility, proactive and efficient

1.Update weekly running target report according to current requirements

4.Update the information (including press releases, schedules and etc.) on website and APP on a timely basis

 Job Requirements:

1.Degree holder in Communications or Journalism related discipline;

2. 3 years or above relevant experience in Corporate Communications in sizable multinational companies; shipping industry exposure is preferred;

3.Proficiency in English and Chinese languages;

4.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

5. A self-starter and being able to work independently;

6. Well-organized, analytical with logical thinking;

7. Familiar with Microsoft Office. Photoshop or Illustrator and graphic skills is an added asset.

1. Handle barge traffic between HK / SZ & South China Ports , both inbound & outbound;

4. Place bookings to feeder carriers  after Chinese SI collected .

5.Ensure licensed goods are granted permits for removal by respective Government authorities;

Job Qualifications:

1. College/University degree preferred.

2. Minimum 3 year operations experience

3. Fluent English and Mandarin.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
